When I was a young man. I remember my first series of jobs in the food business. You were given a uniform and a badge and three angry fat people walked around and threatened less hours if you didn't keep up and if you got time to lean you got time to clean.
Back in those days you listened and that strengthened if nothing else your work character.
Fast forward to today. You never know if the person that will be eating you has had a bath within a few days and finding someone that actually likes their job is impossible.
Kids have been spoilt rotten.And it is imperative that leadership crack the whip on this lazy and entitled behavior. Can't work because you don't want to STARVE. That's is the way everyone else grew up and it's time for these lazy little shits to learn the same standard.
