Non Pay and Late Pay

Our agency is putting a stop to the 45 and 60 day payments sent from Insurance companies. Your bill is due within 30 days of the customers signature date. We will assess a $39 late fee for any policy invoice still open after the 31rst day. If more then 2 of there occurrence happens within any 12 month period we will debit out our commission first and send you the rest. 

We are not a bank. When a customer pays their premiums we need to be said to keep our bills paid. 

3 strikes and out. The process of finding customers and getting a qualified match is expensive. Companies that do not value the agency enough to pay them on time will be cut.i have closed 5 contracts this year for untimely payment or lack of production.
